These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CaseFlow mobile application ("App") operated by JH App Group LLC ("Company", "we", "us").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
CaseFlow allows users to track USCIS immigration case statuses by entering receipt numbers. The App retrieves case information from USCIS and displays it in a user-friendly format. The App also provides background status checking and optional push notifications.
The App is an informational tool only. It does not provide legal advice, immigration counsel, or any professional services. Information displayed in the App is retrieved from USCIS and presented as-is. For legal advice, consult a qualified immigration attorney.
Case status information is retrieved from publicly available USCIS systems. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this information. USCIS is the authoritative source for all case status information.
You agree to:
JH App Group LLC implements safeguards to ensure responsible and compliant access to publicly available USCIS systems and to prevent misuse or excessive automated requests. Users agree to use the App in a manner that does not place undue burden on external systems.
The App does not require account creation. All case data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for the security of your device and the data stored on it.
We strive to keep the App functional at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App depends on the availability of USCIS systems, which is outside our control. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by JH App Group LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JH App Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JH App Group LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
